Adult Social Care invoices
Invoices have now been issued following a short delay, and associated direct debit collection dates will be adjusted accordingly. There is no need to contact us at this time.
You should contact either the adult's or children’s helpdesk for advice and guidance, and a home adaptations referral.
Basic requests may go through a Fast-track process and be dealt with over the phone by the Helpdesk. Otherwise, referrals will be passed to an Occupational Therapist(OT), who will consider the following situations:
The OT will complete an assessment in your home to determine your needs and consider any requests you might have. They may recommend specialist equipment, a home adaptation, or refer you to another service such as physiotherapy or your GP.
