Applying
The welfare support scheme is provided in partnership with Evouchers. Applications should be made directly to Evouchers using the application link provided at the bottom of this page.

Can I make an application on behalf of someone else?
If you are an agency supporting an applicant, e.g. P3, Citizens Advice Bureau, Cheltenham Community Projects, a housing provider, etc. You can ask an applicant if they would like your help making an application and/or gathering evidence for proof of their eligibility.
You can also apply on behalf of a friend or relative if they require assistance.
When completing the application, select “I am making this application on behalf of someone else”.
What will I need to know before applying?
The application will require you to provide;
· Personal details (name, address, phone number, National Insurance number, ect.)
· Details on your current financial situation
· The types of benefits/support you receive
· What you are struggling with currently/what you require support with
If you need to leave the application before completing it to verify details, you may need to start the application again. If an application is not completed the information entered is not recorded.
What happens after my application is submitted?
Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by Evouchers for any further evidence needed to support your application.
You will be notified of the decision via email once you have provided all the requested evidence and the application has been assessed.
I submitted my application, when will I hear if it is successful?
Evouchers will respond to all applications within 2 working days once the application is submitted. If supporting documentation is required, you will be contacted via email by Evouchers and have ten working days to provide the requested documentation.
What documentation will I have to provide?
· The documentation requested may include but is not limited to;
· Photocopies of Passport/driving licence
· Bank statements for the last two calendar months
· Tenancy agreement
· Banding confirmation
· Custody discharge papers
How is support provided?
Successful applicants will receive tailored support to meet their individual needs on a case by case basis. If your application is successful, you will be contacted by Evouchers support team to discuss the support you require.
This scheme is set up specifically to support residents in Gloucestershire, who have recently moved into Council accommodation, gain access to white goods and provide support towards carpet/flooring.
