The role

As a member of the council’s leadership team, you will support the Chief Executive in setting the long-term strategic vision and plan for the council. You act as Deputy for the Chief Executive and will work collaboratively with senior managers to deliver the council’s strategic plans.

You will provide inspiring leadership in line with the council’s values, instilling a culture of accountability, customer focus, risk management and the development of a vibrant Gloucestershire.
