Various Proposed Parking Restrictions - Kensington Avenue, Cheltenham

Gloucestershire County Council is introducing:

1. Additional Z14 Cheltenham Permit Holders Only parking bays; and
2. Pay and display charging parking bays; and
3. EV Charging parking bays; and
4. a short section of No Waiting at Any Time restriction; and
5. a short section of No Waiting 10-11am and 3-4pm.
