Various Proposed Parking Restrictions - Kensington Avenue, Cheltenham

Gloucestershire County Council is proposing to:

1. Introduce further Z14 Cheltenham Permit Holders Only parking bays; and
2. Introduce pay and display charging parking bays; and
3. To introduce EV Charging parking bays; and
4. To introduce a further short section of No Waiting at Any Time restriction; and
5. To introduce a short section of No Waiting 10-11am and 3-4pm.
