After you have completed your biometrics, you will need to return to the visa application centre to get a stamp in your passport which is valid for 3 months. In this time you must enter the UK. If you let this time lapse, you will have to apply again.

If you have been given permission to live in the UK under one of the Ukraine Schemes, you may be able to apply for a further 18 months’ permission to stay in the UK under the new Ukraine Permission Extension (UPE) scheme. Please make sure you have a valid passport and it is in date.
