Hidden Lives: Barton and Tredworth Community Heritage
This was a HLf funded project that ran for 15 months during 2011-12. The lead partner was Gloucester Theatre Company, which invited GA & Uni of Glos to be partners.
The output of the project was the website, but others included a suite of digital stories; a theatrical performance that was presented twice at the Picturedrome in Barton St (then the HQ of GTC), but then toured the Ukrainian Church in Derby Rd & various local schools; physical exhibitions in the Picturedrome; Heritage Open Day events in the Picturedrome & a local Tredworth pub, with guided tours of Barton St & Tredworth; other drop in events; & the collection of a significant amount of oral reminiscence from a range of communities.
