Kitchen Assistant (Grade 2)

The Rehabilitation Services Kitchen Assistant assists the Chef / Cook in providing high quality meals for up to thirty residents under the guidance of the Registered Manager.

The Kitchen Assistant works with colleagues and supports with the day to day running of the kitchen, which includes food preparation, cooking and serving nutritious meals. They follow kitchen and food service health and safety standards as required by the Care Quality Commission and Environmental Health.
