Our employee networks are open to everyone and help groups connect with each other, provide networking opportunities and support. By joining an employee-led network, you have the opportunity to have your say and get involved in supporting equality and diversity in the workplace and get involved in wider community events in Gloucestershire. These groups include the Young Employee Network, Black Workers Network, Disability Network, Carers Network and PRISM (LGBT+ network).
Employee voice groups
We are proud to hold a quarterly employee voice group per GCC directorate, as a key opportunity to have your voice heard on workplace ideas. This enables all staff groups to be represented in a fair and balanced way and suggest ideas around service development, supporting wellbeing of staff and more.
