What personal data do we use?

• Vehicle Registration documentation
• Vehicle Registration Numbers
• Financial information for processing card payments which may include long card number, expiry date, card holder name and address, Card Verification Value (CVV) Number
• Online identifiers such as IP Addresses or cookies
• Other personal information you may choose to provide within surveys and applications

• Financial charges on land you own
• Legal Company status
• Length of occupancy and/or ownership on land or in property
• Location data relating to persons in breach of planning regulations.

We also collect what is known as sensitive personal information (or special categories of data). This is often information you would not want widely known and is very personal to you, types of sensitive data can include:
