Data Protection complaints
The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 provide you with rights in relation to how Gloucestershire County Council (the council) collects, uses and protects your personal data. If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled your personal data, or believe we have not complied with data protection legislation, you have the right to raise a complaint under Section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018.
