Application form

Please complete the NWCP application form and business plan (childminder version / resubmission) and financial forecast tool, alongside the application form.

We encourage you to ensure that your application includes:

•      Link to schools

•      Show that wraparound care is available from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

•      Provide care for school age children from Reception to Year 6, Term time only

•      Show that you are registered correctly with Ofsted (EYR/CR)

•      Confirm that you are registered with HMRC so parents can use tax free childcare vouchers/Universal Credit  to pay for care

•      Clearly explain how you will support individual children’s needs including those with SEND

•      How you will be self-sustaining by September 2027

•      Over supply model – show how all places will be available from day 1

•      Demand – survey evidence or attendance/ waiting lists

•      Applications must show how they setting will be expanding hours, places or days
