Safeguarding

3.1   Across all Adult Social Care services, the council will follow:

• Multi agency safeguard policy and procedures | Safeguarding Adults in Gloucestershire whenever an adult with care and support needs appears to be experiencing or is at risk of abuse, neglect or exploitation and as a result of their needs is unable to protect themselves.  We will continue to work with the adult while safeguarding enquiries are carried out so that there is no delay in identifying and/or meeting care and support needs
  
  
• Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children Partnership | Gloucestershire Safeguarding Children's Partnership where it appears that a child or young person may be a child in need
