GSL Carers

24.1    GSL will not fund introductory visits by people considering using GSL services.

24.2    GSL carers will be funded as set out in the arrangement agreement. 

24.3    If the person is in hospital for more than 4 consecutive weeks, GSL will review payments to the carer and depending on the circumstances may reduce payments. GSL will review the arrangement if it appears that accommodation is no longer required.
 
24.4    When someone dies whilst living in a GSL arrangement, the final payment will include the 3 days following the date of death.
