24.    Implementation

Many of the tasks in this document are familiar to adult care staff. The tasks listed under ‘clinical tasks’ now have a set of competences agreed with health to support them. It will then be more re-assuring for health professionals to train care staff in a more consistent way. Some training in this area is planned as a joint venture.
