Adult Social Care invoices
Invoices have now been issued following a short delay, and associated direct debit collection dates will be adjusted accordingly. There is no need to contact us at this time.
3.1 This policy applies to all Social Care staff within the Community and Adult Care Directorate, and its contracted providers1, who may discover an individual currently receiving social care services arranged by the Directorate, who may have died.
(Examples of services this policy aims to cover include residential and nursing care, day care and domiciliary care).
3.2 For the purpose of this policy, death falls into two categories: expected death, and unexpected/suspicious death. This policy gives guidance on how staff should deal with each of these circumstances.
