Employer Forums

Over the year we aim to meet up 3 or 4 times with a supportive 'Employer Forum' where employers are invited to attend and are encouraged to share best practice, concerns, and ambitions in a professional and friendly environment. Collaboration is also encouraged to ensure that the experience gained by one employer is then shared with others as all seek to improve their own practices; the positives are obvious, what is not so obvious is why would organisations willingly share? That’s best answered when we see the direct and indirect exchange which takes place, those helping others get help themselves, and the ‘one candle lights another without dimming itself’ principle is witnessed.
