Booking process on the webpage

  1. Sign up / log in
  2. Search for a pick up time, location and drop off location
  3. Select a time that suits you
  4. Select a ticket type (on the right hand side) "Add discount or subscription
    4a. If you need a child or concessionary bus pass ticket, please select 'Add a discount/subscription', and add your ticket type

  5. The correct fare and payment options appear on the left hand side.
    You can pay in advance, or you can pay the driver. This service accepts cash and contactless. 

If you pay online in advance (website or App), and cancel in advance, you'll get a full refund. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
