How do I make payment?

You can pay for The Robin online, or by paying the driver (contactless or cash), which means you never need to worry.

You can provide your debit/credit card details when registering on the app or when making an account on the website, so that journeys can be charged to that card.

If you pay online in advance (website or App), and cancel in advance, you'll get a full refund. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
