There is no timetable. The Robin is booked by users in advance and drivers go wherever is booked to be there at the right time.

Yes concessionary cards are accepted, as per the standard times of use - please see the bus fares.

Anyone can use The Robin, including tourists. You can live anywhere and still sign up/register and log in to book.

Yes, please book as a wheelchair user. There is limited capacity with only one space per vehicle.

The Robin is designed to be for all the family! We have three Robin operators and each have their own wording prams and space.

The Robin stops have been selected to serve the most people, whilst prioritising the public using fixed line bus services as first and foremost public transport.

The Robin stops have been selected to serve the most people in rural areas where fixed line services are few (for example, twice or three times a week, or non-existent!).

If you already have a fixed line bus service near you that runs once a day or more, we might not have capacity on The Robin to compliment this area. You can always request stops by emailing us via the contact form, and we'll get back to you.

The number of passengers that will share your journey depends on the demand of other passengers who will be travelling in a similar direction to you. The maximum seating capacity of each vehicle is 16 passengers per vehicle plus one wheelchair space.

We might have more than one minibus active at one time.
