When looking at ways to raise the achievement of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller pupils it is useful to evaluate your school's current policy and practice. The following self-evaluation tool has been developed using one produced by the National Strategies in 'Moving forward together: Raising Gypsy, Roma and Traveller achievement - Booklet 2 Leadership & management' (Appendix 2, 2009):
