How to register for SAP Ariba

Registering with SAP Ariba

To respond to GCC quotation and tender opportunities, suppliers must register on SAP Business Network. Registration is free and allows you to access opportunities, view documents, ask questions and submit responses through SAP Ariba.

How to register

1. Register on SAP Business Network Discovery or accept an invitation from GCC.
2. Create an account or sign in if you already have one.
3. Complete your company profile and keep your contact details up to date.
4. Access GCC opportunities through an invitation link or from an open tender notice published on Find a Tender.

Supplier registration process

There are two stages to registration:

Stage 1: Register to participate

This free registration allows you to:

• Access GCC procurement opportunities
• View procurement documents
• Ask clarification questions
• Submit quotations and tender responses

Stage 2: Register as a GCC supplier

If you are awarded a contract, you will be asked to complete a supplier registration form in SAP Ariba. This includes your company, finance and bank details so that GCC can create purchase orders and make payments.

  Enter your sort code as one single number, with no dashes or spaces.

Important: Stage 2 is only required if your organisation is awarded a contract or receives business from GCC.
