What can you do if you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint?
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your complaint, you have the right to raise your concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s independent authority for data protection.
We would normally expect you to give us the opportunity to address your concerns before contacting the ICO. However, you have the right to contact the ICO at any time.
