Breaches of code of conduct

In this section

  1. Any suspected breach of this Code must be: -

(a)      immediately reported to the appropriate Director or, in the case of Directors, the appropriate Executive Director or, in the case of Executive Directors, to the Chief Executive,

OR

(b)      be reported through the confidential reporting procedure (“whistle-blowing”) for employees, detailed at Appendix 1.

Where a suspected breach has been reported, a formal investigation into that suspected breach will be undertaken.
