Appendix 1 - whistle-blowing procedure, provides procedures for employees to follow who wish to report, in strict confidence, their serious concerns about any aspect of the Council’s work or the behaviour or standard of conduct of other employees or anyone associated with the work and services provided by the Council.
Failure to comply with any of the standards detailed in this Code may result in formal disciplinary action, under the council’s Disciplinary and Dismissals Procedure, including dismissal in serious cases.
