Deputy Social Care Manager (Grade 11)

As a Deputy Social Care Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a locality team, which includes arrangements for:

• supervision
• workload management
• the quality assurance of practice
• the deployment of resources

You will support and manage a team of Social Work Leads, Social Care Leads and Senior Social Workers, as well as other team members in the absence of management. The Deputy Social Care Manager will also step up in the absence of an Integrated Social Care Manager.
