The Enablement Team Manager is part of the learning disabilities leadership team, however the team works across learning disabilities, locality and acute teams in Adult Social Care. They work alongside a diverse group of adults across Gloucestershire.
The Enablement Team Manager line manages the enablement assistant team managers; taking overall accountability for the performance, quality of work and effective deployment of resources across the enablement team, maintaining and encouraging a team that promotes independence with a focus on prevent, reduce and delay.
The Enablement Team Manager will also manage a budget and focuses on contributing to the development of practice, procedures and policy.
