The drop-in team offers practical, emotional and wellbeing support with a wide range of everyday issues, including:

• forms and applications (including PIP)
• letters and correspondence
• making and managing phone calls
• benefits
• debt and financial support
• budgeting and managing money
• paying bills.

Additional support

We can also help with:

• housing issues
• applying for grants and essential household items
• booking appointments (health, housing or personal care)
• Blue Badge and bus pass applications
• access to clothing, bedding and food packs
• digital and mobile phone support.

We can connect you to other services, including:

• Citizens Advice
• employment support
• local community organisations.

Support is flexible and based on your individual needs, so please speak to the team about your situation.

Social groups and activities

Our drop-in services offer a range of social opportunities to support wellbeing and reduce isolation, such as:

• weekly social groups
• coffee mornings
• craft or history groups
• wellbeing sessions
• hoarding support groups
• Springboard (for young adults in Cheltenham).
