Invoices have now been issued following a short delay, and associated direct debit collection dates will be adjusted accordingly. There is no need to contact us at this time.
How to access enablement support
In this section
Most people need to be referred to the Enablement Service. This is usually done by a professional supporting you, such as a:
- Social worker
- Healthcare professional
- Member of the Adult Social Care team.
If you’re not sure whether you can be referred, you can contact the Adult Social Care Helpdesk to discuss your situation.
