We can help you feel more in control of everyday responsibilities, including:

  • budgeting and managing money
  • bills and important paperwork
  • applying for grants or essential household items
  • understanding letters and correspondence.

Building confidence and independence

We can work with you to build skills and confidence in a way that works for you, such as:

  • setting small, achievable goals
  • developing routines and daily habits
  • increasing your confidence to be independent.

We can help you develop the skills you need to stay connected and manage everyday tasks, such as

  • accessing apps and online services
  • using technology safely and confidently.

Travel training

If you need support to travel independently, we can help you build confidence with:

  • using public transport safely
  • planning journeys and understanding routes
  • travelling to places like shops, appointments and social activities.

Additional support

We can also support people who may be experiencing:
