Help in a crisis

If you or someone you know needs help during a mental health crisis, contact the crisis team:

The number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During busy periods, you may be asked to leave your name and number, and a member of staff will call you back within one hour. The service is for people aged 11 and over.

Stay Alive app

The Stay Alive app offers information, tools and local support to help you stay safe during a crisis. You can use it if you’re having thoughts of suicide, or if you’re worried about someone else. It also lets you create a personal safety plan.
