Gloucestershire talking therapies service provides support for individuals who are anxious, stressed or depressed. The service primary offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is an evidence-based treatment for common mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, and phobias.
As well as individual CBT, the service also provides a range of other support such as self-help guides, education courses and support via an online platform.
