Using the framework

The health inequalities (HI) strategic planning and review template and user guide have been designed to support colleagues in completing the process. There is a presentation for colleagues to use to describe the HI framework to other colleagues.

HI leads or champions for each organisation or partnership are best placed to support the implementation of the framework and completion of the strategic planning and review template.
