Structural Racism
Structural Racism, also described as systemic racism, refers to the systems in place that allow racial injustice to continue.
It can be seen in processes, attitudes and behaviour which amount to discrimination through unconscious prejudice, ignorance, thoughtlessness and racist stereotyping which disadvantage minority ethnic people. It is present in both political and societal institutions.
