Listening to feedback - you said, we did
We listen to feedback from people who draw on care and support, unpaid carers, and our staff. We use what people tell us to decide what needs to change and where to focus improvement.
We know there is more to do, and our next steps include:
- strengthening data and reporting on outcomes for unpaid carers
- increasing staff confidence in identifying and supporting carers
- ensuring the new service model delivers more flexible, personalised outcome-based help
- embedding co-production so carers help shape every stage of change.
Here are some examples of what people told us, and what we did as a result.
