Our Course Booking System (CBS) is a computer based package that will give you access to a wide range of E-learning modules, and request a space on specialist multi-agency training.
Who is Eligible to access the Multi Agency Training?
The courses on the system are available to people in the adult social care sector, including personal assistants and voluntary community sectors in Gloucestershire.
How do I access the Course Booking System?

Cancellation
If cancelling a place is unavoidable, you must contact the Proud to Learn team on proudtolearn@gloucestershire.gov.uk
Considerable disruption is caused when course participants are unable to attend and it can lead to the cancellation of courses at short notice. Due to the high level of last minute cancellations and non-attendance a charge will be made of £75 per day or £40 for a half day. Read the cancellation policy (PDF, 22.6 KB).
