Concerns about a service
We want everyone in Gloucestershire to be safe and receive the right support. If you have concerns about how a safeguarding service is delivered, or about the behaviour of staff or professionals involved, you can report this.
If you think someone who lives in a care home or uses a domiciliary agency is at risk of harm, report this straightaway.
If your concern is less urgent, use the complaints procedure of the organisation providing the service. Start by raising your concern with the owner or manager using their complaints process so they can try to resolve it. If that doesn’t work, the next step depends on how your service is paid for.
What to do if you’re unhappy with the response
