3.1    This policy complies with:

  • The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, particularly:
    • Regulation 23 (Medicines)
    • The Health and Well-being Standard
  • The Protection of Children Standard: These regulations require that medicines are managed safely and that arrangements promote children’s health, wellbeing, and protection from harm
